Crispy Critters

Here are a few pics of animals we have encountered along the way.

This fella followed us around the village of Mustafapasa for a good hour.  He found this fountain a nice place to cool off. We passed on this opportunity.

 

 This turtle was heading for the bushes when I snapped this.  We've seen a couple others perilously crossing highways.

  

 Kitty was intensely eyeing something in the vines.  It didn't budge even as we got close.

 Fellow tour member Amy got a little visit from this beautiful bird.  Earlier the bird was dancing as its partner was playing a Turkish stringed instrument, and even climbed on the neck of the instrument while it was being played.

 A storks nest along the highway.  They migrate north from Egypt for summer.
