Orientation Walk and Bosphorous Boat Ride

 After noon had a walk through the Sultanhamet District, including the Egyptian Spice bazaar, and took a boat ride up the Bosporous (or however it's spelled).  Nothing exciting about the boat ride, but it helps to better understand how huge the city is (and we know we only saw a drop in the bucket).

Wrapped up with a group dinner.  We were served an eggplant puree with diced meat in chile sauce in the middle and grilled peppers and tomatoes.  And it was so awesome.  Who'd a thought, puree'd eggplants.  Desert consisted of baklava, and now I know what heaven must be.  Sorry, I can only tell you these things.  You'll need to get your own butt over here to try for yourself.
